All our merch products are made to order and for that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damage caused by manufacturing.

In cases of Manufacturer Damage, our team will work with you to ensure there is a resolution. Please reach out to our team at contact.lamplitbooks@gmail.com and follow the below steps to
successfully have the issue addressed. 


The body of the Message must include the following:

  • Item number

  • Tracking Number

  • Description of damage

  • Clear images of damage

  • What you would like in return, An exchange, or a refund.

  • Once we receive this email, our team will send an acknowledgement email to you within 1-2

  • Business days and commence investigations.

  • Follow-up emails will be sent to you to ensure you are aware of the status of your issue.
